Terms & Conditions

On placing an verbal, written confirmation of using Pirosmani Catering services you agree & abide with the terms of business below.

THE COMPANY & CUSTOMER “Us” and “We” means Pirosmani Catering

“The client” means any person, body of persons, firm or company who enters into a contract with for the provision of services.

In accepting our services you the client are accepting our terms and conditions.

Quotations are valid for a period of one month from the date of the quotation given. Pirosmani Catering can not guarantee prices there after due to market prices constantly changing.

A £200 non refundable day booking deposit is required for the upcoming event to secure your booking date.
Then payment for the event 35% will be required on order before the event is due to take place.
Payment can be made by Cash, Bankers Draft or Bank Transfer or Debit or Credit Card

The remaining 65% must is to be 7 calender days before the event.
Payment can be made by Cash, Debit/Credit Card or BAC’s (Bank to Bank Account Transfer)

We are NOT currently yet VAT registered so our prices do not include VAT.

Any cancellations made 14 calender days or less before an event will incur charges for food and or items – bills will be shown.

Final numbers for the function are to be confirmed 10 calender days prior to the client’s event. This must be made by written communication (by email Should the final numbers decrease within 10 calender days then the higher original figure will be charged for.

Delivery charges will be incurred in accordance with the current rates dependent on size of order and distance traveled. Between £40 per trip depending on order size, time and location from north London.

We will make every effort to deliver by the times requested, but exact times cannot be guaranteed due to circumstances beyond our control like traffic accidents, road closures or in the unlikely event of delivery vehicle breakdown. Customers will be advised of any delay. Advance notice of any parking, unloading or security difficulties shall be made at the time of booking the event.

Seasonal menus are liable to change at short notice if particular food items are unavailable at the time of booking. In the event that any food item is not available, a suitable alternative will be made. We will notify you of any changes made.
Food made by Pirosmani must be consumed within 5 hours and any waste disposed of immediately.
Our products may contain nuts or traces of nuts. Let us know as soon as possible so that we can provide a suitable alternative to allow for allergies if necessary (especially for children).

Pirosmani Catering believes in providing a professional food service and will do its best to ensure high standards of health, safety and food hygiene. Any complaints will be dealt with immediately.

All catering equipment such as Crockery, Cutlery, Glasses, Napkins, Linen, Chafing Dishes, etc will be charged separately.
Non disposable items such as crockery, cutlery, platters, bowls, dishes, linen etc, must be available for collection free from food debris.
The client will be liable for any loss or damage to equipment or property provided by the company or its sub contractors. We will pass on any charges at cost price.

A 45% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking for Waiting Staff.
The remaining 55% will be required 14 calender days before Waiting Staff are due to work unless other arrangements have been made with us.
Payment can be made by Cash, Bankers Draft or BAC’s or Debit or Credit Card.
Any cancellations made 14 calender days or less before an event will incur a a charge on deposit.

Ambience Waiting Staff work a minimum of 3 hours.

All staff are entitled to have a break if required to work continuously for more than 6 hours. This should be taken during the 6 hours.
Please Note: Clients will be charged extra for staff working on Bank Holidays and Easter
Please note: Travel expenses may be incurred depending on location by the client if the Waiting Staff are working after 11.30pm.


We can’t guarantee that the food will have the exact same look as shown on and are representations. Food colour, style, textures may change upon delivery and or serving.


Any credit card or debit card used will incur a 2% charge on order to cover the cost of the charge.

Should you be dissatisfied with any of our services please contact us (written notice) within 7 working days after the event so that we can resolve any problems. The must be a written notice stating the grounds of the claim and any supporting evidence.
